Jack has a problem remembering his manners most days so a few weeks ago I started to tell him that when he said please he had to add "You're the best mommy ever!" and it took. So now when he asks for something he says "Please! You're the best mommy ever!" Its nice to have some affirmation on those bad days when I don't feel appreciated, even if it is canned.
